Wiped Film Distillation

The clearSTILL 400 dual-stage wiped film evaporator doubles throughput and labor efficiency over any single-stage equipment using continuous, two-pass distillation technology in a single-contained processing cycle. For heat-sensitive or highly viscous fluids, engineered wipers create a thin film on the evaporator surface, enabling thin film evaporation and short-path condensation.

The clearSTILL 200 is a single-stage wiped film distillation machine designed to refine and clarify viscous oils. Featuring a single evaporator, a substantial jacketed reservoir, a cold finger, a condenser, a roughing pump, and a turbo vacuum capable of meeting a wide range of separation goals.
Falling Film Distillation

The fracTron uses three independent falling film evaporators designed for rapid ethanol removal. Using vertical tube heat transfer exchangers in combination with packed bed reactors, the system supports a continuous solvent recycling system capacity of 40 gallons per hour.

The fracTron-100 is a single-stage batch falling film distillation unit for rapid solvent recovery & removal of volatiles from liquid mixtures. It uses an air-driven pump to support a recycling capacity of up to 60 gallons in a continuous process batch.
